Felt User Agreement
By creating an account, you agree to the following:
1. Your content
You own or have rights to everything you upload. You grant Felt a non-exclusive license to process your audio and images for the purpose of generating covers.
2. Generated covers
You may use generated covers for commercial purposes (albums, merchandise, promotion). AI-generated content copyright status varies by jurisdiction — you are responsible for understanding your local laws.
3. No infringement
You will not upload content that infringes on third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your uploads and how you use generated covers.
4. Platform limitations
Felt uses third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party IP claims. Felt is not liable for such claims.
